Location
I went from Paris to Bordeaux on TVG. In other words, a peaceful and comfortable journey, which takes on average two hours. In fact, the best way to get there. Furthermore, once in Bordeaux, it is worth going to Saint-Emilión, which is just 40 minutes away by car. The medieval city, surrounded by vineyards and hills, has several small stone streets that connect the upper and lower parts of the city.

La Table de Pavie is located in the Hôtel de Pavie, which was once a convent, in the heart of the village. The experience begins on the terrace, with an unparalleled view. Furthermore, it has a refined atmosphere, the room has high ceilings, crystal lamps, and excellent space between tables.
In addition to the à la carte menu, there is also a tasting menu. We chose the 7-step one, precisely to have the complete experience; and we left very satisfied! Among the delicate and tasty dishes, for example, foie gras, truffles, oysters and veal sweet bread. Finally, after the cheeses, the two desserts were also surprising! Naturally, the entire dinner was paired with the region’s excellent wines.
Furthermore, highlight the real garden that is the tea cart. We were able to watch the drink being made in front of us! It certainly was an unforgettable night!
