What takes?
300 grams of dried, pitted black plums
3 tablespoons coconut oil
6 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Honey (as little as possible, because plums are already sweet)
1 and a half cups of filtered water or almond milk
3 tablespoons of green banana biomass (cook the green bananas, without the peel, and blend in a blender, while still hot, with a little water)
How to make?
The first thing is to soak the plums so they stay hydrated. At the same time, bring the water or almond milk to a boil. Once the mixture heats up, add the plums.
Once cooked, blend all the ingredients in a blender, adding the cocoa powder and honey last. When the dough is very homogeneous, place it in a glass container and cover.
Leave it in the fridge for a few minutes so that the detox brigadeiro has a firmer consistency. Then just enjoy!
