Bacon and egg muffins

What takes?
6 slices of bacon
6 eggs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
¼ cup cheddar cheese, grated
Scallion
How to make?
Preheat the oven to 200° C. Now, start the preparation by placing the slices of bacon in circles, in the muffin tray. Bake the bacon for 10 minutes.
After that, just place a whole egg in each of the molds and season with salt, pepper and grated cheddar cheese. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the yolk is the consistency you like.
To release the muffins from the pan, run a knife around each round. When serving, finish with chives. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
Strawberry Pancakes

1. Strawberry syrup
What takes?
2 cups chopped strawberries
1 glass of water
1 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)
1 tablespoon of water (optional)
2. Pancakes
What takes?
1 ovo
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1½ cups of buttermilk
1½ cup wheat flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of chemical yeast
1 teaspoon of baking soda
⅛ teaspoon salt
Butter to prepare
Whipped cream when serving (optional)
How to make?
Chop the strawberries and add the pieces with the water and sugar in a pan over medium heat. You need to stir until the ingredients mix and start to boil.
Then, lower the heat and let it cook over low heat, until the broth becomes thicker.
If you notice that the syrup is still very thin, mix the cornstarch and water and add it little by little, while stirring. Return the syrup to the heat for around 5 minutes, until it thickens, then set aside.
To make the pancake batter, start by mixing the wet ingredients in a medium bowl. In another larger container, mix the dry ingredients. Then, next to the wet ingredients, slowly add the dry ingredients and mix carefully until everything is incorporated. But don’t worry, don’t mix too much!
When preparing, place a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once it melts, add half a cup of the mixture to the pan and leave it on the heat until bubbles start to appear on the surface of the pancake. When this happens, just turn it over for a few moments and set it aside. Repeat the process until all the dough is used up.
When serving, stack the pancakes and cover with strawberry syrup and whipped cream. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
