A break from the Chile posts for a tip. Yes, because it’s more of a tip than a recipe. You can replace the meat in the Bolognese sauce with chicken.
In this case, I used ground chicken breast that I sautéed with onion and garlic, then seasoned with basil, green onion, salt and pepper. I blended 1 sachet of sauce (100% natural) and 1 can of peeled tomatoes without the broth in a blender and added them to the mixture.

It was very tasty, but can you believe my husband didn’t even notice it was chicken?

* For those who have difficulty finding ground chicken breast, you can either run the chicken through the food processor or cook and shred it to use in the same way.
