Here I am again in this green and decarbohydrated world! Guys, more than losing weight, cutting out sugar, including fruits and carbohydrates was a huge challenge for me! I’m in the second week and the first phase ends on Monday. The second phase is a little less radical, I can include whole carbohydrates and 1 fruit per day (then it’s more balanced).
This diet is not recommended for anyone who is not a fan of vegetables, because if you exclude this, you will have a menu that is basically just dairy and meat, which is not healthy. I’m turning 30 here to invent what to eat. Dessert has been gelatin mosaic, danoninho or powdered milk pudding without the syrup.
The main meals are like the one in the photo, which I’m not even going to give a recipe for here because it’s a salad with cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and arugula with grilled tuna flakes.
I’m firm and strong on my diet, but I know that at the end of the year we will have a break because I’m going on a cruise (I’ve already done it and I know it’s ridiculously easy to eat), then comes Christmas and New Year’s Eve: more waste in my light life! But I swear I will to try stay sane and eat little.
As for Selinhos, Questionnaires and the like: I think it’s a great show of affection when you give me a peck. I keep it in my heart, but I thought it best not to pass it on. And let’s agree that they have proliferated in such a way that we need to have a blog just about stamps to keep up, right?
I hope you don’t see this as disrespecting other people’s favors! I also don’t answer the questionnaires that sometimes accompany the seals (or not), firstly because I’m really lazy, and secondly because anyone who wants to get to know me a little better has my profile in the column on the side (those who do Panelaterapia). Once again I want to thank you for your demonstrations of affection and I hope you understand my stance.
