Saturday, May 15th, was World Celiac Day, that is, for people who have gluten intolerance and following the suggestion of Flavinha, I dedicate this recipe to this group of people who have so many restrictions! I don’t think any of the ingredients contain gluten, at least the main ones I know don’t.
To prepare it, you need to soak the pasta (use the whole package) for 30 minutes in cold water, as in the photos:

Meanwhile you will chop finely: ¼ onion, ½ tomato/ ¼ green pepper.
After the sauce time has passed, drain and pass the Harussame in boiling water, then in cold water again to stop the cooking.

Now just mix the noodlechopped ingredients, 1 can of atum (without water or oil), 1 teaspoon of Sesame oil1 tablespoon of chopped ginger1 spoon (coffee) of black sesame (it can be white too), 2 tablespoons of oil1 pinch of salt, freshly ground pepper, 1 tablespoon of vinegar and finally drizzle with soy sauce (shoyu).
Let it rest for 30 minutes and sprinkle with chives before serving.
Makes 4 servings and each one has a delicious 150 calories.
