We organized a birthday party for my friend Candy and when dividing the dishes I was responsible for bringing the farofa, the vinaigrette and the potato gratin.
As I had an eye operation on the 21st, I’m avoiding spending too much time in the kitchen for fear of steam or splashing something, so I did it in the most practical way possible.
I cooked 6 large potatoes cut into slices in salted water. I greased a baking dish with butter and added the potatoes.

Without using heat, I mixed a box (200ml) of sauce with 4 cheeses (bought ready-made), a box of cream (200ml), 4 spoons of grated parmesan cheese. As it was very thick, I added milk until it was thinner. I adjusted the salt and covered the potatoes.

I covered it with grated cheese (mozzarella and parmesan) and put it in the oven covered with aluminum foil for 20 minutes just to heat up and for a few more minutes without the foil to brown.
