I have no words to express how good this is! It could be a little more “pheena” or even compose a dish as a side dish. The good thing is that you can do it in two minutes! Great option for Valentine’s Day!
This recipe is for 6 units (amount of funds that came in the can).
You can buy artichoke bottoms canned or do the process of cooking the artichoke and removing the bottom as I taught you. here (I warn you that it is difficult!).
For the cream mix:
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- salt and pepper according to your taste
* There are two more ingredients that are optional, because I know not everyone has them at home, but if you have them, add them and it’s really good: 1 pinch of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of dehydrated onion.
Mix everything and place over the artichoke bottoms. Bake in the preheated oven on a baking tray greased with olive oil until the cheese browns. Oh what a sin:
