Zucchini Chips with Parmesan

I had already tested this recipe by cutting the zucchini into sticks (see here). The flavor was sensational from the first test, but the texture wasn’t as crunchy as I expected. This time I decided to cut the zucchini into thin slices and it worked really well! It was wonderful!!! The best zucchini recipe of my life!!!

It’s important to say that if you don’t have a non-stick pan or a silicone baking mat, it will be very difficult for it not to stick. The first time I made it with greased aluminum foil and the cheese still stuck a little.

I seasoned the zucchini the same way as before, I just didn’t add oregano because I forgot (see the seasoning recipe here). I dipped the slices in grated Parmesan cheese (from a bag). I put it on the baking tray and put it in the oven at 200ºC. When it browned on top, I turned the slices over and left them in the oven for a few more minutes. It was incredible!!!! I want to eat this every day!!!
