Tastemade Brasil launched a new playlist and all participating channels made spring-style recipes. I confess that I found it difficult to choose a recipe for spring, but I decided to make one of my favorite salads, just with a different format. Since spring precedes summer, it’s good to start thinking about lighter recipes, right?
It’s very simple, just cut the tomato without reaching the end, insert a piece of buffalo mozzarella and a basil leaf in each cavity, then season it your way. If you want to see how I did it, press play, the video is quick!
