Pasta salad It’s a light and delicious option! Great to serve on hotter days! The good thing is that you can adapt the recipe and use whatever ingredients you prefer. Today I used whole grain pasta, but you can use the traditional one in whatever format you want. You can also add tuna, carrots, cooked green beans, cherry tomatoes, whatever your imagination and taste dictate!
Ingredients:
50ml olive oil (to season the pasta);
100ml of cream (to season the pasta);
250g of pasta (1/2 package) cooked in salted water and then rinsed in cold water to stop cooking;
1 cup (tea) of corn;
1/2 cup (tea) of peas;
1 cup (tea) diced turkey breast;
1 cup (tea) of diced cheese;
1/3 cup (tea) chopped red pepper;
Salt and black pepper to taste.
Mix the cooked and cold pasta with the olive oil and cream. Add all the other ingredients. Adjust the salt and add black pepper according to your taste. Serve chilled.
