Do you like the traditional brigadeiro? So make room in your heart for another variety, the white brigadeiro. You will love!

Brazilians have recipes that leave the rest of the world in awe. Cheese bread, tamale, feijoada, tropeiro beans and barbecue are recipes that only we know how to make, and everyone loves. But if you think that we are only good at making salt dishes, you are very mistaken. A native Brazilian knows how unique and tasty our sweets are. Of course, the main one among them is the brigadeiro. But, after all, have you ever tried a white brigadeiro?

You know that condensed milk, which you stir in the pan with chocolate and butter until it’s consistent, then let it cool, roll it up and add it to the sprinkles? It touches the “worms” of any human being who has a sweet tooth.

Despite the brigadeiro being a classic, people rarely venture into its variations. Brigadeiros are not just made from milk chocolate. If I had to choose one type of them to introduce you to, it would be the white brigadeiro.

By swapping the chocolate milk for powdered milk, you can achieve this delicious type of brigadeiro. Like the idea? So come with the Women’s Area, and we’ll teach you the recipe.

How to make white brigadeiro

Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine;
  • 3 tablespoons of powdered milk;
  • 1 can of cream.

How to make

First, take a pan and place it over low heat, mixing the condensed milk, margarine, powdered milk and cream. Now you must stir continuously, so that white chocolate does not stick to the bottom of the pan. When it becomes thick, at the point of curling, you can turn off the oven. Tip: the right point is when the white brigadeiro is consistent and comes away from the bottom of the pan, as shown in the following video:

If you want, you can choose to eat it straight from the pan, as many people do. If you want to decorate, you can roll it up and sprinkle it with white sprinkles, white confetti or even small pieces of white chocolate. You choose. Now just enjoy your delicious white brigadeiro. Enjoy!
