My diet due to the rush of the last month was rubbish! 70% ready-made food, lots of junk, anyway, I’m feeling the effects: insomnia, irritation, weakness, oily skin, among others.

Since I’ve been going out in the morning and never knowing if I’ll be back for lunch, I decided to wake up early and save the day with breakfast.

1 chopped banana, 2 chopped Brazil nuts, 1 spoon of human food, 1 spoon of neston, 2 spoons of granola, honey and milk.

About human food: I’ve known about it for a long time and I don’t use it for the purpose of losing weight, but rather when I’m consuming little fiber in my diet.

I think now we can face the “headaches” of construction with more energy!
