This is how I first used my black garlic. I wanted something simple that would allow me to feel its flavor intensely and people…I fell in love with this train! The garlic is sweet with a wonderful fungus aroma! Makes you want to eat it raw!

I grilled some slices of rustic baguette in olive oil and covered it with fresh chopped tomatoes.

I quickly passed some chopped parma slices into the pan, removed them from the pan, added another tablespoon of olive oil and fried the two cloves of sliced ​​black garlic.

I placed the ham and garlic over the tomatoes and sprinkled with thyme. The only thing missing was the wine that I’ve been avoiding, because, right, better not!
