Tuna Oven Pastry – Panelaterapia

Tuna Oven Pastry

Snacks

This little clay has already broken my back when I’m too lazy to do something more elaborate. I made a filling with 1 can of solid tuna (in water), 1 chopped seedless tomato, 1/4 of finely chopped onion, salt, pepper, oregano and 1 heaping tablespoon of ricotta cream just to bind it together. If you can’t find or don’t like ricotta cream, you can replace it with cream cheese.

I brushed it with beaten egg and sprinkled sesame on some and oregano on others. Just 25 minutes in the oven and it’s ready.
