Another smart sandwich tip, today with Plus Vita’s Light 12-grain bread, which is not only delicious but also very healthy.

I don’t have a habit of having dinner during the week, so this snack is perfect for me, because it is nutritionally very complete, in addition to being a lighter option.

I make a paste by crushing a piece of white cheese and adding something to bind it together. It can be light mayonnaise, cottage cheese, natural yogurt or ricotta cream (option I used). I also add seasonings: pepper, garlic paste, salt, oregano, green scent, whatever comes my way.

I spread the white cheese spread over the bread, along with slices of turkey breast and lettuce. It’s very smooth! Perfect for those who want a healthy and tasty option!
