Blender Cheese Bread – Panelaterapia

Blender Cheese Bread

Snacks

I said it in this post –> here I wasn’t going to buy any kitchen gadgets until I moved to a new house, but I couldn’t resist hahahahaha. I bought the Cupcake Maker. I tested the cheese bread recipe from the book, but I put too much dough in the pan and the little thing had to finish the process open (with just the lid on) and I think that’s what made my cheese breads turn white.

This recipe is the one that comes in the machine’s booklet. If you want to make it in the conventional oven in pie pans, that works too. I can’t tell you the baking time, as I haven’t tested it, just keep looking until you see that they are golden brown. The ingredients below are from the full recipe, but I divided them and made half.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of sweet cassava starch;
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of water;
  • 1/2 cup of oil;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 teaspoon of salt.

Way of doing:

Blend everything in a blender, fill the cavities and keep the machine running for 11 to 13 minutes.

* Note: after blending, I added 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan.

So… it’s delicious to eat warm, but once it cools down it’s just a bad thing. At bouagood cheese bread is the traditional one with A LOT of semi-cured cheese, the rest is something else.
