Mug Cheese Bread – Panelaterapia

Mug Cheese Bread

Snacks

The person who sent me this recipe was Camila Soares, a reader of the blog.

I need to be honest with you: don’t expect a cheese bread miner. It’s delicious for a lazy and unpretentious snack, but if you expect it to be the same as the traditional one, it won’t work. This recipe is for 1 large mug, I made it in 2 small ones (which are a little bigger than coffee cups).

Just mix:

  • 1 ovo
  • 4 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 4 tablespoons of sour (or sweet) cassava starch
  • 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch of salt.

Place it in a bowl greased with oil, in my case it made 2 mugs and there was a little left over that I made in a coffee cup. Microwave at full power for 1 minute and then add time little by little until you see that it is well cooked.

In my microwave it was 1 minute and 40 seconds, but this time can vary a lot depending on the power of your microwave. I also imagine that if you make it in a single mug the time will be much longer.

I think it’s fun to make little things in the microwave.
