Guys, yesterday I posted a baked stuffed bread, a silly snack that I made here at home on Instagram (follow @panelaterapia) and it got people talking! Everyone wants to know how I did it. It’s so simple, but as it was successful I brought it here to the blog. You can use bread that is already older because it goes in the oven and will be good.
First you slice the bread without reaching the end. I took a photo of another recipe here on the blog to show you because as the intention was not to make a post, I didn’t even photograph it step by step, but the bread has to be cut exactly like this:

Now you spread a little butter in each cavity and add whatever cold cuts you want. I used Minas cheese and an artisanal salami cured in wine from Olivardo (if you haven’t seen how spectacular this place is, see here)
Returning to the baked stuffed bread. Spread a little butter on top and sprinkle with oregano. Place in the oven but pay attention, as this is just for the cheese to melt (I set it to 200ºC in mine). When eating, you separate the slices with a knife and it looks like bruschetta. Anyway, there’s a variation you need to try! Delight!!!
