Garlic Bread with Cheese

To be garlic bread It’s so delicious that you want to make it every day! I made a very small quantity (yields 4 units) because then you can double and triple it according to your needs. I made it using biscuit-type bread, but this paste can be used on any type of bread, even to make toast or bruschetta.

You can also add dried or fresh herbs like parsley, basil, oregano, depending on your taste.

Ingredients:
4 loaves of bread
1 level tablespoon of softened salted butter
1 level tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 clove of garlic, crushed or crushed
1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Way of doing:

Add the butter, mayonnaise and garlic and mix well. Cut the buns in half. Spread some of the mixture on the bottom of a baking dish and inside the bread. Add the grated cheese to the filling. Spread a little more of the mixture on top and add the rest of the grated cheese. Bake at 220ºC for approximately 10 minutes. Just enough to brown, time that may vary depending on your oven.

*IMPORTANT:
– If you use unsalted butter, add a pinch of salt to the mixture.
– It can also be made with margarine, but butter is much tastier.
