Some people call it a sliced bread pie, a giant sandwich, in short, for me it’s a savory cake. Balzacians like me, or those who have already surpassed 30 springs (tackiest thing! lol…) have certainly eaten a lot of savory cake at birthday parties in the 80s!
Today our friend got “glam” versions topped with sesame, poppy, fine herbs… I tried to be as faithful as possible to the traditional, but tomato skin roses with parsley leaves didn’t work, it was too tacky for just one day!
I used a package of crustless bread. I made two fillings: tuna + grated carrot + ricotta cream + sour cream + seasonings and the other ricotta cream + lemon juice + cottage cheese + cottage cheese + seasonings.
For the topping, I used ricotta cream mixed with a tiny bit of mayonnaise and straw potatoes (the traditional mashed potato topping wasn’t enough either).
Missing food! And are you going to say it’s not delicious?
