Pineapple juice and orange pomace is great for lowering triglycerides because both orange pomace and pineapple have soluble fibers that help reduce the concentration of fat in the bloodstream, helping to lower cholesterol and triglyceride values in the blood.
Ingredients
- 2 glasses of water;
- 2 pineapple slices;
- 1 orange with pomace;
- 1 lemon juice.
Preparation mode
Blend all ingredients in a blender, strain and drink daily, twice a day, morning and night.
2. Turmeric tea

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder;
- 1 cup of water.
Preparation mode
Bring the water to a boil and, once boiled, add the turmeric. Cover, let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes, strain and drink 2 to 4 cups of tea a day.
3. Cinnamon oat water
Oats contain beta-glucans, a type of soluble fiber that helps reduce the absorption of fats in the intestine, while cinnamon is rich in antioxidants and, therefore, the two together help reduce triglycerides and cholesterol.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats;
- 500 mL of water;
- 1 cinnamon stick.
Preparation mode
Mix the rolled oats with the water and cinnamon stick and let it rest overnight. The next day, strain the mixture and drink it immediately. Take every day, preferably on an empty stomach.

4. Beetroot juice with apple

Ingredients
- 50 g of beetroot;
- 2 apples;
- 1 lemon juice;
- 1 small piece of ginger.
Preparation mode
Cut the beetroot and apples into small pieces and mix with the other ingredients in a blender. Drink 1 glass of juice daily.
5. Garlic water
Garlic has antioxidant properties that help reduce triglyceride and cholesterol levels, reducing the risk of heart disease.
Ingredients
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 100 mL of water.
Preparation mode
First, you must bruise the garlic and then place it in water. Let it rest overnight and drink on an empty stomach.

6. Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is rich in phenolic compounds, mainly flavonoids, which act as antioxidants and could help reduce triglycerides and cholesterol, always when accompanied by a healthy diet.
How to use: Ideally, 1 to 2 tablespoons of this vinegar should be consumed per day, which can be used in salads or to season food. Consuming pure vinegar is not recommended because it could wear down tooth enamel or cause sores in the throat.
7. Dill tea
Dill tea can help reduce triglycerides, total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol, as it is rich in flavonoids, tannins and terpenes, which are compounds with antioxidant properties, preventing the emergence of heart disease.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of dill leaves and seeds;
- 1 cup of boiling water.
Preparation mode
Place the dill leaves and seeds in the boiled water and let it rest for about 15 minutes. Then strain and drink when warm.
8. Eggplant water

- 1 small eggplant with skin;
- 1 lemon juice;
- 1 liter of water.
Preparation mode
Cut the eggplant into slices and add it to a jug of water and lemon juice. Leave the mixture in the refrigerator overnight, and it can be consumed throughout the next day.
