  • 120 g leftover rice
  • 2 sliced ​​chilli peppers
  • 1 chopped red onion
  • Leaves from 1 sprig of mint, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs (plus more for dusting)
  • Salt to taste
  • Frying oil

Way of doing

Mix all the ingredients – except the breadcrumbs and oil – and mix until it comes together and is ready to roll. Then coat in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil. Okay, now just place it on the paper towel, which will absorb the oil, and your meatloaf and leftover rice are ready.

  • ¼ cup bacon, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 200 g of smoked Calabrian sausage in half moons
  • 1 can (200 g) of drained peas
  • 1 can (200 g) of drained corn
  • ¼ cup basil leaves
  • 1 can (340 g) of traditional tomato sauce
  • 4 cups of rice cooked with seasoning
  • 1 cup cream cheese at room temperature
  • 100 g grated parmesan
  • Salt if necessary

Way of doing

Start by frying the bacon in oil over medium heat until golden brown. Now add the onion and sauté until you see it is soft. Now add the sausage and fry until lightly browned. Add peas, corn, basil and tomato sauce. Stir and bring to a boil. Now, in a bowl, mix the cooked rice with the tomato and sausage sauce, cream cheese, parmesan and salt.

Pour all of this into a central cone mold (24 cm) greased with oil. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through. Unmold and serve.

  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 3 excited
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 and ½ cup of milk

  • 1 tablespoon grated cheese for sprinkling

Way of doing

  • 4 cups of rice cooked with seasoning
  • 200 g diced smoked turkey breast
  • ½ cup sliced ​​green olives
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • 1 pot (220 g) of cream cheese, slightly warmed
  • 1 box (200 g) of cream
  • 1 package of straw potatoes (340 g)

How to make

Beat the eggs with milk, always seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Then heat the oil over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture. Cook them, stirring occasionally, until firm but creamy. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice with turkey breast, olives, green onions and scrambled egg. Mix the cream cheese with the cream and add it to the rice.

Pour into a medium-sized pan greased with oil, cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for 15 to 20 minutes. Cover with straw potatoes and serve. You will love.

  • 1 tablespoon of onion
  • 1 clove of garlic, squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 cube of vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 cup diced red pepper
  • ½ cup chopped olives
  • 1 cup diced zucchini
  • 3 cups of cooked white rice
  • margarine spread
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 50 g coarsely grated cheese

Way of doing

Start your recipe by browning the onion and garlic in oil, and always adding the crumbled chicken broth. Add the pepper, olives and zucchini and sauté for about 2 minutes. After this operation, remove from the heat, add the cooked rice and spread everything into an English cake pan greased with margarine. Beat the eggs, add the parsley and milk and distribute over the rice. Sprinkle the grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven (220ºC) until the egg is cooked and the cheese is browned. 2 eggs

2 cups of cooked rice

2 tablespoons grated parmesan

How to make it (dough)

Mix all the ingredients and blend them together in a blender, and then pour into a greased and floured pizza pan. Place in a preheated medium oven (180 ºC) for around 20 minutes. Your pizza dough is ready, now you can make the filling with whatever you prefer.

  • 2 grated boiled eggs

  • Chopped parsley and salt to taste

Carrot filling

  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 shallow cup of ricotta

How to do it

Beat the yolks with the yogurt, milk, rice, flour and salt in a blender. Transfer to a bowl and incorporate the egg whites. Now place it in a rectangular pan (33 x 21 cm) greased with butter and floured. Place in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for around 20 minutes. Unmold it hot and let it cool.

To prepare a sandwich, cut the rice dough into 4 equal rectangles and assemble by interspersing rectangles of dough with the chicken, egg and carrot fillings (just mix the ingredients). Cover with mashed potatoes and decorate as desired.
