1. Orange juice with cucumber and parsley

Orange juice with cucumber and parsley is rich in potassium, an essential mineral that promotes the excretion of sodium through urine. In addition, it has diuretic properties that help balance blood pressure and combat fluid retention, promoting better blood circulation.

Oranges and tangerines are also an excellent source of vitamin C, a nutrient with antioxidant properties that is necessary for the production of collagen, a protein that helps maintain the structural integrity of blood vessels, promoting vascular health.

Ingredients:

  • 1 orange;
  • 1 tangerine;
  • 1/2 cucumber with peel;
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley.

Preparation mode:

Wash the cucumber well and cut into slices. Peel the orange and tangerine and cut into cubes. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend for 2 minutes. Transfer to a glass and drink, without straining.

  • 1 lemon juice;

Place the watermelon, water and lemon juice in a blender and blend for 1 minute. Transfer to a glass, add ice cubes and drink immediately.

5. Passion fruit with kale

Ingredients:

  • 1 passion fruit;
  • 1 leaf of kale;
  • 200 ml of filtered or boiled water.

Preparation mode:

Wash well and cut the cabbage leaf into pieces and place in a blender. Remove the passion fruit pulp with a spoon and transfer to the blender. Add water and beat all ingredients for 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to a glass and drink, preferably without straining.

6. Beetroot juice with orange

An excellent home remedy for poor circulation is beetroot and orange juice. Beetroot promotes the formation of nitric oxide in the body, a compound that is responsible for facilitating blood circulation in the veins and arteries, improving blood circulation.

  • 1/2 small raw beet;
  • 200 ml of orange juice.
