A great home remedy for gastroenteritis is to drink the water from rice preparation, as it promotes hydration and helps alleviate diarrhea.
Ingredients
- 30g of rice;
- 1 liter of water.
Preparation mode
Place the water and rice in a pan and let the rice cook with the pan covered over low heat, so that the water does not evaporate. When the rice is cooked, strain it and reserve the remaining water, add sugar or 1 tablespoon of honey and drink 1 glass of this water, several times a day.

- 1 teaspoon of dried fennel seeds;
- 1 cup of water.
Preparation mode
To prepare this tea, you must bring the water to a boil and then add the dried fennel seeds. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes. Strain and drink up to 3 cups per day.
6. Chamomile tea
