The Dutch Pancake

San Paolo bakery

Really Ice Cream
In August, the ice cream shop offers 12 flavors in its windows in reference to the countries participating in the Olympics. Host Brazil will be represented by Jabuticaba sorbet. The American continent comes with flavors of Dulce de Leche from Argentina, Cheesecake from the USA, and Passion Fruit from Colombia.

Europe brings Tiramisu as a classic from Italy, the French Creme Brulee, the English desserts Black Forest and Banoffee (Banana pie and dulce de leche), and Apfelstrudel (apple puff) from Austria. Oceania will have Pavlova gelato, a New Zealand dessert that includes meringue, whipped cream, kiwi, mango and strawberry; and the Asian continent, the flavor of Japan with Matchá and Caramelized Banana, traditional from China.
