The hotel has this name because it is located at the Nizuc point, on the road – known as the “hotel corridor” where most of Cancún’s hotels are located. It is 15 minutes from the airport.
In front of the hotel there is a running track, ideal for those who want to get out for a while and go for a walk, run or cycle.

The beaches
The two beaches at Nizuc Resort & Spa are private and very quiet. One of them, with some waves – depending on the weather – and only for adults. The other is for the whole family, where the children will definitely have fun, as the sea is very calm. Water sports are also a good option.

The black tents are very original and add a sophisticated tone to the beach environment.
I found the deck super charming and ideal for taking photos. A dinner for two can also be served there, for couples looking for romance.
The Nizuc swimming pools
The Nizuc pools are a spectacle in themselves. Each with a different design. Attentive service both at the pool and on the beach. Those who prefer can even have lunch by the pool or the beach.

The rooms
There are 274 suites with wonderful views of the Yucatan Peninsula or the beach, divided into three areas. The decor is modern, with lots of wood and they have a balcony. There is a plasma TV and stereo. The bed is king size, very comfortable with lots of pillows. Every day there was some edible treat on the counter.
The restaurants
The restaurants at Nizuc, a 5-star hotel in Cancún, are varied and delicious! There are several cuisine options: Mexican, Peruvian, Asian, Mediterranean, as well as a grill restaurant. This way, if you are staying for three or four nights – which I think is ideal – you don’t need to leave the hotel and you won’t get tired because it varies from restaurant to restaurant. Highlight for Terra Nostra, with a cozy atmosphere and delicious food. The Peruvian restaurant is enchanting with its view of the sea and is a great option for lunch, as some only open for dinner. In any case, you can eat well in all of them, with the advantage of the environment changing completely. We completely forgot that we were inside a resort.
The breakfast is plentiful and varied. It has a little bit of everything in a very large room with several cooks preparing dishes to order. There is typical Mexican food, but also international cuisine expected for breakfast, such as eggs, pancakes and waffles.
Some nights there are barbecue on the beach. A pretty cool idea. It just can’t be windy so as not to disturb dinner.
The Spa
The Spa at this 5-star hotel in Cancún measures 30,000 square meters and is very well equipped. From the ESPA brand, it offers massages inspired by the Mayan culture and a very interesting circuit of water treatments. Furthermore, the environment is very calm, as it should be in a spa, and at the same time, sophisticated. It is divided into male and female areas. The staff is very attentive and gives the necessary explanations that help us choose and understand the treatments.
The hotel also offers a well-equipped gym and trainers to help you work out.
The sunset
The sunset seen from Nizuc is unforgettable! Guests rush to the bar to see the sunset from the best angle. On some nights, the nature spectacle is accompanied by live music.
Floor lamps complete the pleasant seaside atmosphere. In fact, all the lighting in the hotel is done with great care, which makes the atmosphere at night stunning.
Kid’s Club
Nizuc Resort & Spa is a family-oriented hotel. At Kid’s Club, parents can rest assured. There is recreation and care for children aged 4 to 12 years old.
