O Jardim Restô Bar – Chef Caio Soter

Participant in the 2nd season of Mestre do Sabor, chef Caio Soter opened, in 2020, O Jardim Resto Bar, offering contemporary Minas Gerais cuisine. Tree-lined and with open windows, the place is charming and is located in the Santa Lúcia neighborhood. In fact, the space was developed to be a garden of sensations, as the name suggests, full of plants and flowers. First of all, on the menu, the priority is the use of seasonal and local ingredients, especially from Minas Gerais, of course. Furthermore, chef Caio mixes Brazilian gastronomy with techniques and flavors that are references in other cuisines, such as, for example, Galinhada Mineira, made with ora-pro-nóbis, toasted okra and mollet egg.
