  1. another great video. I have a question – I am raising vegan kids in a beef eating country (we moved from US to Aus). How do you educate your kids in a positively inspiring manner so they aren't influenced by their school going environment? Do share some videos, books and tips. As much as I have vegan books to read and educate my kids, as parents how can we really influence them once they begin kindy or school?

  2. I tried making those waffles and they turned out really bad. The outside was over cooked and the inside, well there wasn’t really an inside, it was just two outsides stuck to the two waffle plates. I don’t know if it was my waffle iron or if I blended it wrong or what. Any tips?

  3. I used to live off of green smoothies too, according to Ayurvedic science combining sweet fruits like mango or banana is a big no-no, especially with something like kale that has a very different make up to bananas it may not be the best idea for digestive health. Generally mixing any fruits with veggies you have to be cautious with and always listen to what your body is telling you… for some people it may be just fine.
Thank you for sharing! I love the waffle idea for my toddler

  4. How often do you guys have soy? I was hearing it was healthy so I’ve added soy milk, yogurt, ext but then I read having to much isn’t good and can cause vitamins and minerals not to absorb

  5. How do you keep the tofu scramble from sticking to the skillet? We tried making it a couple times and it stuck so bad that we haven't tried again? We're not the best cooks, so I'm not sure. Do I just need to use a lower temperature? Anyone have some advice?

  6. Thank you so much for sharing , please do more videos like this I believe we all love to see how your guys prepared them , so yummy meals . Blessings send your way 😘

  7. Everything looks delicious 😋
I love making this type of food for my family & they love eating it. However……. sometimes I get so tired of washing and chopping!
