His cuisine mixes unusual ingredients, such as his most sought-after dish, macaroni with black truffles. The hall is sumptuous and takes us back to Belle Époque palaces, an experience that is worth every second.

La Bauhinia Restaurant – Shangrila Hotel
The Palácio hotel is considered one of the Historical Monuments of France and it already attracts attention due to its grandeur. La Bauhinia, a contemporary French cuisine restaurant with Southeast Asian touches, has an elegant atmosphere and features that take us back to Asia. The hotel also has two other restaurants, the French L’Abeille, with two Michelin stars, and the Shang Palace, the only Chinese restaurant with two Michelin stars in France.

Custom Restaurant By Thierry Marx – Hotel Mandarin Oriental
With a sophisticated location on Rue Saint Honoré, the restaurant has a clean and modern atmosphere, and is led by chef Thierry Marx, one of the most famous in the city and who has two Michelin stars. At our lunch, we were able to see that his cuisine is creative and full of textures and flavors, a true gastronomic experience.
