This modern makeup was created by blogger Carol Heinrichs from the Toque de Neon blog. To give a special touch to the look, she used a blue cat eyeliner and highlighted her eyebrows differently. To achieve this effect, she made a triple cat eye and wore a bow in her hair to give the look a special charm. Before applying eyeliner, the blogger uses brown eyeshadow to add depth to her eyes.
