This modern makeup was created by blogger Carol Heinrichs from the Toque de Neon blog. To give a special touch to the look, she used a blue cat eyeliner and highlighted her eyebrows differently. Romantic and delicate makeup
Blogger Janaína da Silva from the blog Jana Make up created makeup especially for women who like the most romantic and delicate style. To achieve this effect, she made a triple cat eye and wore a bow in her hair to give the look a special charm. Before applying eyeliner, the blogger uses brown eyeshadow to add depth to her eyes.
