4 Home remedies for hepatitis

Place the lemon, picão and mint leaves in a container and knead well. Cover the mixture with honey and let it rest for 12 hours. Afterwards, squeeze the mixture well, strain and take 3 tablespoons per day.

2. Celery Juice with Lemon

An excellent home remedy to help treat hepatitis is celery due to its medicinal properties, as it is very rich in nutrients as well as being very diuretic, revealing its detoxifying potential, aiding in medical treatment, strengthening the diseased liver.

Ingredients:

  • 1 stalk of celery;
  • juice of 2 lemons;
  • 500 ml of water.

Preparation mode:

Chop the celery into pieces and blend in a blender with the water and lemon juice, strain and then drink. If necessary, sweeten with a little honey. Drink this juice 3 times a day.

To take advantage of all the properties of celery, you can also pass 1 stalk of celery through the centrifuge and drink its juice afterwards. In this case, consume 3 stalks of celery per day.

3. Dandelion tea

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of dried dandelion leaves;
  • 1 cup of water.

Preparation mode:

Boil the water and turn off the fire. Add the dandelion leaves, cover and let rest for 10 minutes. Strain and drink 3 to 4 cups a day.

4. Artichoke tea

A great natural treatment for hepatitis is to drink artichoke tea daily for as long as the treatment lasts. Artichoke is detoxifying and cleansing the liver, being very useful in liver diseases.

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon (5g to 6g) of dried artichoke leaves;
  • 1 liter of water.

Preparation mode

Boil the water in a pan, or kettle, and then turn off the heat. Add the artichoke leaves to the water and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain the tea, let it cool and drink up to 3 cups a day.

In addition to drinking this tea, it is recommended to adopt a light diet, drink plenty of water and rest whenever possible, avoiding exertion. A cure for hepatitis will be achieved more quickly if the individual follows all the doctor’s instructions.
