4 Fit chocolate cake recipes (to eat without guilt)

The fit chocolate cake is made with whole grain flour, cocoa and 70% chocolate, in addition to using good fats in its dough, such as coconut oil or olive oil, to take advantage of the full antioxidant effect of cocoa.

1. Fit Chocolate Cake

Fit chocolate cake can be used in weight loss diets, it is important to consume only 1 to 2 slices per day.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup demerara sugar, brown sugar or xylitol sweetener
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup almond, rice or whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soup

Preparation Mode:

Beat the eggs and sugar. Add the coconut oil, cocoa and almond flour. Then, add the oats and hot water little by little, alternating the two while continuing to stir the dough. Add the flaxseed and yeast and mix with a spoon. Place the dough in a greased pan and bake in a medium oven for about 35 minutes.

2. Bolo de Chocolate Low Carb

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of grated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 5 tablespoons of cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup demerara sugar, brown sugar or xylitol sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Preparation Mode:

In a deep container, mix the almond flour, cocoa, coconut, sugar and coconut flour. Add the 3 eggs and mix well. Then add the cream and, finally, the yeast and vanilla essence. Place the dough in a greased pan and bake in a medium oven for about 25 minutes.

3. Lactose-free Fit Chocolate Cake

The lactose-free chocolate cake uses vegetable milk instead of cow’s milk, such as almond, chestnut or rice milk.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup demerara sugar, brown sugar or xylitol sweetener
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 cup coconut, rice, almond or chestnut milk (if necessary, add a little more)
  • 1 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/2 cup oat bran
  • 2 bars of 70% lactose-free chocolate in pieces
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation Mode:

Beat the egg whites and reserve. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, coconut oil, cocoa and vegetable milk. Add the flour and beat until homogenized. Then add the chopped chocolate pieces, yeast and egg whites, stirring carefully with the help of a spoon or spatula. Place the dough in a greased and floured pan and bake in a preheated medium oven for about 40 minutes.

4. Gluten-Free Fit Chocolate Cake

Gluten is present in wheat, rye and barley, and may also be present in small quantities in some oats, due to the production process. Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 cup demerara sugar, brown sugar or xylitol sweetener
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup rice flour, preferably whole grain
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup of milk tea

Way of doing:

Beat the egg whites and reserve. In another container, beat the coconut oil and sugar until creamy. Add the egg yolks and beat well. Add the flour, cocoa and milk and, finally, the yeast. Add the egg whites and mix carefully with a spoon to thicken the dough. Place on a greased baking tray sprinkled with rice flour and bake in a medium oven for about 35 minutes.

Fit Chocolate Syrup

To cover the cake, you can make a syrup with the following ingredients:

  • 1 cabbage coconut oil soup
  • 6 col. of milk soup
  • 3 col. of cocoa powder soup
  • 3 col. of coconut sugar soup

Mix everything over medium heat, stirring well until it thickens. To make the syrup low carb, you can use xylitol sweetener or mix coconut oil and milk with 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 1/2 bar of 70% chocolate and 2 tablespoons of cream.
