  2. Hi, Lauren. It's good to see you and your beautiful family! It's nice to have a different take on burritos with the BBQ sauce. It looks good.

  3. Today I made your Honey Garlic Chicken in my 6 quart Instant Pot. Instead of cooking my frozen chicken on a trivet I placed it inside a pot in pot to keep the juices from all the ingredients from watering down from the steam. The problem came after I cooked it for 30 min and let it naturally release for about 7 min. When I pressed the vent button no steam came out? I was baffled cuz most dishes still have some steam needing g to get out before lid is opened? So I began yo think that maybe I accidentally left it on venting during cooking thinking it was on sealing. As I attempted to remove lid it felt sectioned on and the word "lid" appeared on the screen so I got scared fearing a burst of steam would burn me and waited again and pressed vent and again no steam so I lifted the lid safely and chicken was cooked but rubbery to pull apart so I cooked it for about 40 min more in a pot on the stove to make sure chicken was fully cooked before serving it to my family. What do u think I did wrong? Should I not have cooked chicken inside another pot? Please advise me to avoid this mistake again. Fairly new to instant pot cooking. I appreciate any advice from you sister's that I enjoy watching cook. Thank you! Sandra

  5. Fun Fact about the cilantro! I am one of the unlucky genetic members that cilantro tastes like soap BUT I've learned that I can get away with lightly or freeze-dried cilantro! I've used it in both fresh (uncooked) meals and cooked meals and don't get the soapiness! Definitely worth a try for someone who wants to like it but genetically can't! lol

  6. This looks amazing, the burritos are now on my Saturday menu!!!
