I agree with you about not cutting meat on wooden cutting boards where you cut your vegetables.
When we had pork chops, my mom would make rice and pork chop cream gravy and we ate that instead of mashed potatoes. Yummy!
I would want my chicken chopped up really small.
Triste is a fake mexicanfood
Everything looks so good. Those potatoes are the bomb, my favorite way to have them. Leftover baked potatoes are good fixed that way.
Is this an old video, this is not your new home. Food looks delish!
Yum. So colorful. ๐
These recipes look very good
Thanks so much for the videos. I am enjoying your wonderful recipes. I love the rooster pin !
Love watching your videos! We always had brown rice for every meal and potatoes once is a while when I was growing up. We put gravy/butter on our rice and when I moved to Kansas, people here put milk and sugar on their rice which I thought sounded gross. I cant wait to try the Chicken Burrito Skillet recipe!!! Have a great weekend!

I'm getting hungry Tammy, that looks so good.
I made this dish for my husband for dinner this evening. It was a hit! Thank you Tammy! Very yummy. I added the can of diced tomatoes with the broth since it did not say in the directions on the printed recipe. I hope that is correct. He loved it so it mustโve been. Thanks Tammy and Chris.
Can you use a Roastier chicken
Add cilantro diced in the tomato and onion mixture
How old is this video?
Now I'm craving Mexican, all looks delicious.
We used to have rice as a hot cereal with butter, sugar, cinnamon, and milk. So good.
Hey Collard Valley Cooks, great video and many prayers and blessings to you all.๐๐๐
What is the difference between stock and broth? Btw I am starving now lol…
I luv Mexican food, chicken and cheesy potatoes on my list ๐
Looks good. I have some chicken in the fridge.
I put fajita seasoning in my chili as well as chili powder and cumin. I love fajita seasoning! Anything Mexican made in my house gets fajita seasoning. Your recipes look really yummy and I will need to try them.

All three recipes look so delicious โค . But could you tell me where you got your serving plates ? I just love them ๐. Thank you so much for all your wonderful recipes โฃ๏ธHave a blessed day ๐๐๏ธ
Everything really looked delicious
My mother is Filipino so we ate a lot of rice (rice, rice noodles, and rice flour) growing up and to this day. Lee doesn't like it, but our son Daniel loves it. Lee's father likes rice with milk and sugar. Usually we eat it with savory dishes. Only rice flour balls boiled until they float and then rolled in sugar. Mom adds a sugar glaze to the outside of turon (plantain banana sliced in half lengthwise, optionally topped with Jack fruit, placed in a wrapper, and fried. Halo-halo is crushed ice and evaporated milk with various other ingredients like fruit, ice cream, jelly, flan, purple yam, and/or red Asian beans. I've had one with a few of the ingredients and one with all of them. Halo means mix so you mix everything together and eat it with a spoon. Both ways look delicious. Lee and Daniel don't like heat but I do like some heat. I just add pepper flakes or Cooking at Pam's Place General Seasoning blend to my portion. Everything else looks delicious.
I love mexi food and this looks delicious. My hubby doesnโt like hardly any chicken dishes. He eats chicken wings and legs either floured and fried or fixed in the air fryer. But Iโd try this dish. Tammy, you talk all the time about when you were youngerโฆ I think you look very young. Iโm almost 68 so everyone is looking young to me. ๐ Youโre a beautiful lady regardless of your age. And your meals and desserts are right up my alley. Love yโall. โคI bet Chris is starving to death by the time youโre done with the video. I canโt imagine standing there just smelling all that goodness for 30 minutes. ๐
Terrific meals! I've made everyone of those while following your recipes and was never disappointed. Thank you Tammy.
These are great recipes? Thank you! ๐๐๐
Tammy Tammy hope ur feeling better
I am from Illinois originally, and I do not ever remember eating rice unless it was in cabbage rolls.
Everything looked delicious ๐
Tammy, all the years I've fried potatoes I've never made cheesey potatoes! But tomorrow morning it's going to be on the menu! Zoweee, that looked really finger-licken good. ๐๐๐๐๐
All three of these Mexican recipes look so delicious ๐ Ms. Tammy and Chris.
This all looks sooooo delicious! Iโm trying them all!โฅ๏ธโฅ๏ธโฅ๏ธ THANK YOU!
Youโre in your old kitchen. Haha. Everything looks yummy โค
Yes.. Louisiana is known for our rice dishes. My mom even cooked it and served it with butter and sugar on cold mornings. Loved the Mexica fare today. I'm learning how to make them. We love them. โค
