1. Avocado mask with honey

Ingredients

  • 1 large, ripe avocado;
  • 1 tablespoon of honey.

Preparation mode

Mash the avocado in a container and add the honey, stirring until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Then, dampen your hair a little with warm water and apply the mask throughout your hair, avoiding placing it closer than 2 cm from the roots.

Wrap your hair with a shower cap and let the mask act for approximately 30 minutes. After this time, remove the mask, washing your hair with warm water and shampoo of your choice.

Preparation mode

Start by cutting the carrot into small pieces and remove the avocado pulp. Then add all the ingredients to the blender and blend well.

Apply the mixture from the roots to the ends, using gentle movements, but without applying it directly to the roots, leaving about 2 cm of hair unmixed. Wrap your hair with a thermal cap and let the mask act for approximately 20 minutes.

Finally, wash your hair with ice water and apply a shampoo and conditioner of your choice.
