250 G Chicken Breast Sliced
Olive oil
Mexican spices
Cook the chicken oven medium heat add the mexican spices and cook until browned arround 5-10 minutes keep stirring .

Whole graine Burger bread
Avocado Hummus or mashed avocados 🥑 recipe here 👈
Tomatoes
Red onion
Halloumi Fat Free cheese or any Fat free cheese –
Pickles
Bake 200 C 5 minutes or grill on the pan enjoy

1:32 Egg veggie whole wheat pie recipe :

1 onion
Carrot & zucchini or any veggies

Sauté them until soft

For the crust :

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oats flour ( just blend the oats )
1/2 cup room temperature water
70 ml coconut oil

Mix with a wooden spoon first
Then knead with your hand little about 30 seconds
Then roll
Chill 5 minutes
Bake 10 minutes remove & add

In a bowl 🥣
4 egg
200 ml low fat light semi thick cream

Add the zucchini & egg mixture with shredded cheese bake 20 – 25 minutes

Enjoy !

5:15 one pan creamy Chicken breast spinach cherry tomatoes recipe :

3 Chicken breast
Oil the pan with olive oil Cook on low heat the chicken until browned add
3 handful of fresh spinach
2 cups cherry tomatoes
200 ml light or low fat thick cream

Cover and let it cook 10 minutes
Stir from time to time

Serve with red lentils pasta
