1/2 cup oats any – I used quick
3/4 tbsp chia seed
1/2 cup plant milk or low fat
1 espresso
1 tbsp peanut butter or any other almond butter ect

Mix , Chill & enjoy !

1:16 Peanut butter & banana overnights oats recipe :

1/2 cups oats quick
3/4 cup low fat milk or plant milk or any
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp peanut butter
Mix fridge 4 h or overnight
Top it with banana
Dark chocolate chips l( optional)

chill & Enjoy !!

2:18 Coffee overnights oats recipe :

1/2 cup oats quick or any oats
1 espresso
1/2 cup plant milk or low fat or any milk 🥛
1 tsp flaxseed
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp honey
Chill & enjoy

for the topping : In a bowl add :

3 tsp greek yogurt
1/2 tsp coffee i use ​⁠
Mix and serve add honey or sweet if you prefer sweet coffee flavour .
