  1. Tamari is also an alternative for soy sauce. It's wheat free soy sauce but still not the healthiest option with all the sodium in it.
I encourage people to try gochugaru which are Korean chile flakes. No seed no heat but earthy and smoky tasting. Healthy way to add flavor to healthy food. They're available at many mainstream grocery and online.

  2. This shepherd pie looks amazing!!!!! But I'll try the breakfast recipe first, probably for Monday! Thanks a lot for the recipes!!

  3. They all look so good! Definitely trying them all. Thanks so much for another great video!

Also where are your earrings from?! So cute!

  4. Thanks for the yummy recipes . I was wondering if you could make a video with tips on raising vegan toddlers/kids. Good products , toddler nutritional needs etc . I know you have done some videos on what they eat and I have watched them . There doesn’t seem to be many you tube families that dig into giving details of raising young children plant based . Thanks so much 😊

  5. Can’t wait to try your version of shepherds pie! Ever since I went plant based I have done a shepherds pie or veggie pot pie for holiday meals like Thanksgiving 🎉 such an easy and nourishing option.

  6. All of the meals look really healthy & delicious and they also seem easy to make😊🌱Definitely try all three of them! Thank you very much, very inspiring as always 👏🏻🌸

  7. Hi Erin. Loving the inspiration as usual ❤️. Just wondering if you use kombu for added nutrients & to help break down indigestible sugars when cooking your beans & lentils? xx

  8. You don't have cavities with the dates…I used to eat lots and got lots of cavities so I started mixing them in my smoothies instead. I love them but can't have lots.

  9. Everything looks incredible!!! Made my week! Thanks guys!! P.S. Our kids love watching your videos as well 🙂

  10. Do you think the strawberry banana bars would work if we put everything in the Vitamix together? Thank you for all of your amazing videos & recipes! Keep up the great work ❤️

  11. Hey there 1st of all I just wan to say thank you so much for all of your wonderful viyes so I am trying to go Vegan .
