  1. I have injured my back and on rainy days, like yesterday, it is difficult to even make sandwiches. I did a nice sandwich with favorite toppings and pulled out the leftover pasta salad from the fridge. I printed all of these recipes off because I believe I can do them even on the bad days with only 3 ingredients. Thank you so much.

  2. I tried cooking yogurt per your instructions and it didn't work. Very watery. Then I bought an Instant recipe book titled "Insta Pot Miracle". When you push the yogurt setting a couple of times you will activate "boil". You have to boil the milk first up to 185F (pressure relief valve open). Once it reaches the end of boil, you open the insta pot a quickly cool the liquid to 110 F. I use a whisk and place the inner pot in an ice water bath until cool. This is when you whisk in the yogurt and sugar. Any hotter than 110 F and you kill the cultures. Then you close the insta pot again and set to "yogurt" for 8-hours. When boiling and yogurt setting you must open the pressure relief valve before boiling or cooking in yogurt setting.

  3. Okay for this chicken recipe that you're using if you don't have access to maybe crackers could you use like maybe like a panko seasoning if you have it would this work with the chicken

  4. Is there a substitution that you can use for honey since I'm asking this because I can't have honey please let me know

  5. The one that you're using the salmon if you don't have access to Salmon can you use maybe like pork chops or do you have a simple recipe that for pork chops

  6. Just you explaining these and try to make it easy for people like myself I'm worried about with the problems I'm having at work with a manager just cuz she has a problem with the younger young lady and told me not to talk to her but my main point of this whole comment is having a hard time with money I have very little food you make me want to cry but I have subscribed to your channel to find out how to help myself four simple ingredients that you talk about you make me want to cry thank you so much for sharing

  7. Great recipes but I didn't see an InstaPot in my near future. Crockpot, airfryer, oven and the old fashioned 6-qt pressure cooker 😂. I’m sure I could adjust and use the pressure cooker or crockpot gif those recipes. Thanks for sharing!!

  8. I really appreciate your effort in preparing all these reciepes. Thank you so so so much. I am on the world tour and the big downside of this is, I can't keep a lot of ingredients as I am living off the Suitcase. I buy few ingredients and make sure it gets used within a week before I hit next country. Your reciepes will go a long way for me and my husband. Thank you

  9. I like the beef ribs, I used to make them in my pressure cooker before I got an instant pot. They were delicious then and I’m sure they’ll be delicious now. Thanks for putting together these easy recipes.

  10. >love watching your shows. I wish you could put the recipes on the bottom so I could copy them. > am 85 yes old and I don't always catch what you are saying. When I 1st got my instant pot I bought your cookbook. I love it.

  11. My favorite side salad is similar… avocado, tomatoes, and black olives (cheaper than artichokes, and I like them better in this)… in lieu of salad dressing, I simply drizzle lightly with extra virgin olive oil. As an option, I could add a tiny bit of black pepper and salt…

  12. Love all your recipes. Just have a couple of questions on other recipes please.
You cooked banana bread in oven. Can you tell me the temp and time to do in air fryer? Also you used a cute silicone bunt pan. Would you share which one to purchase?
    Many thanks
    Mary

  13. It would be interesting to cook these dishes in an Air Frier. Many followers use Air Friers to reduce Cost of Electricity. Thanks 😊

  14. Yes your recipes are good but you add alof of honey or sugar or BBQ sauce alot of sugar. And that makes things good. But what about recipes ordinners without all that sugary things. I would like to see more meals that are natural.

  15. When you make yoghurt make sure your bought plain yoghurt has live cultures, otherwise they won't multiply. ♥️♥️♥️

Great tips and recipes as always!

Oatmeal is also a great base, even savoury.
