Where to stay in California

As you know, I am a regular in the state, where I go every year; So, I decided to list it here 15 hotels in California.

In Santa Monica, one of my favorite hotels is the Fairmont, one of the best hotels in the city.

Two others who compete with the Fairmont and offer Lux, comfort and exemplary service, are Casa del Mar and Shutters on the Beach. I highly recommend it!

The Shore Hotel is an establishment eco-friendly, that is, committed to sustainability. It is opposite the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. You can still book via booking here.

Another hotel that I really like Santa Monica It’s Loews, extremely well located.

But of course The Angels There are other unmissable neighborhoods/cities, such as the glamorous Beverly Hills. After all, who has never heard of the famous Rodeo Drive? If you want to know the best hotels in Beverly Hills, just read our post.

West Hollywood It’s another very interesting place and one where I’ve stayed a few times. It is there that the famous Chateau Marmont is located, a hotel where several celebrities have lived and the Sunset Marquis, a charming place, where I stayed this year, surrounded by trendy restaurants, trendy stores on all sides and walking distance of the famous and iconic Sunset Boulevard.

And on the outskirts of LA, it’s worth stopping by Green sticks and staying at the fantastic Terranea, click here to discover this hotel surrounded by cliffs.

Em San FranciscoI recommend the former Mandarin Oriental hotel, now part of the Loews brand, with a central location and incredible views.

Other hotel where I also stayed and recommend is the boutique-style Palomar Hotel, from the Kimpton chain, which is very well located, in the heart of Union Squarethe most famous shopping center in SFOfull of shops and restaurants around.

Em Napa Valleyy, a good tip is Andaz, in downtown Napa, from where you can walk to several cool restaurants and bars.

But for those who want a more glamorous place, the Silverado Hotel & Spa is a must!

In Berkeley, University City, I recommend Shattuck Plaza, very well located and with a starred restaurant, Five.

Em Sonomao hotel was the highlight of the trip: Fairmont Mission, a lovely place, in Spanish style, very wooded, with a super spa and a wonderful restaurant!
