Tea should be consumed fresh, in small quantities, several times a day.

2. Toasted watermelon seeds

The seeds can also be ingested as a snack or be added to salads, yogurt or soup, for example. To give them a better flavor, the seeds can be toasted. To do this, simply place it in the oven, on a tray, for around 15 minutes at 160ºC.
