What were the main trends at NYFW?
1. Neon
Yes, neon is back and it looks like it will be around for a long time. The trend that was popular in the 1980s and 2000s is coming in full force for the upcoming season as seen at NYFW. Which is great, since this type of tone is very fun and daring and was explored on the catwalk in both casual and more sophisticated looks. In fact, here in Brazil, neon is also popular, especially in fast fashion stores.

Another highlight of NYFW trends is lace. In fact, this has been a very popular material in the season’s collections, whether in a detail or as a complete piece. Therefore, The person who explored lace in a minimalist way was Michael Kors, who used and abused lace in various designs, from sets to dresses worked in transparency.

The spring season is here and of course floral prints couldn’t be missed. Therefore, they were with strength and weight in the fashion shows of several brands such as Carolina Herrera, Ulla Johnson, Prabal Gurung among many others.
