On the other hand, if you can’t make it to the event in person, don’t worry. After all, there are virtual visits through 3D Tours that are available on the CASACOR Rio de Janeiro website.

Therefore, there you will find reference to “Infinito Particular”, the theme of this edition where renowned professionals present a multifaceted house, with a lot of personality and affection.

Living rooms tend to be typical spaces for holding meetings, having a moment of leisure, having meals and also resting. That’s why architect Paola Ribeiro, from Living Fonte, chose such a different and unique color palette.

On the ceiling, you can find the original moldings from the properties with moldings. Furthermore, the color chosen was Trilha Verde da Coral, which was used on the carpet, panels and trusses.

On the other hand, the African Tulip color highlights the contemporary furniture and works of art developed by Brazilian artists exclusive to CASACOR Rio.

2. Multifunctional and social rooms

During the pandemic, the room needed to be transformed into several environments in one. For example, for the home office, to watch television or to be with the family.

Therefore, CASACOR Rio de Janeiro also offers a new vocation for the room: a space with a coffee corner.

3. Natural elements

Furthermore, natural fibers are also a success at the event. Therefore, the use of linen, basketry and jute are among the trends to compose different styles of decoration.

However, we cannot forget wood and stone, which are excellent natural coverings for offering texture to the environment.

4. Colorful bows

There are several techniques that help highlight the architectural details of an environment. One of them was used by Camila Bortolini and Priscila Dias, from Estúdio Designer: the painting of the arches that make up the construction.

As a result, the arch was painted Coral Indian Brown.

On the other hand, the wall received Bronze Palms Springs and a velvety Velvet effect.

“This space proposes a return to the basics, to the irregular, rough, raw and raw, with lots of texture to create an unpretentiously relaxed atmosphere”, they explain.

5. Slim bathroom

Deca, sponsor of the event, offered a series of products that provide functionality and self-care in the bathroom. Therefore, sinks and bathtubs are focused on comfort, practicality and ergonomics.

In this way, the moment of personal well-being helps to create sensory memories of relaxation and pleasure. The project developed by Diego Raposo and Manuela Simas also features a sauna designed to renew energy, eliminate toxins and encourage reflection.

“And these new features were fundamental in the creation of the Deca SPA at CASACOR 2022. In the project, we included the Arthur Casas tub, which brings a more organic design and refers to a more artisanal, natural product, which speaks to our proposal for an environment integrated with the nature.

In addition, it comes with a tray with an accessory kit that keeps items organized on the counter in a practical and elegant way,” explains the architect.

6. Integrated and fluid environments

Small spaces are here to stay. Therefore, adopting expansion strategies has become an inherent objective for architects and interior designers. Therefore, the solution found was to exclude as many walls as possible.

As a result, the space becomes more fluid and multifunctional.

Planned by Paula Neder and Coletivo PN+, Espaço Prosa at CASACOR Rio is a light, cozy and comfortable lounge that shows how neutral tones can be used to highlight colorful details.

In order to guarantee flexibility, loose furniture in neutral colors, wood finishes, natural lines and fibers were chosen, in addition to handcrafted objects.

Furthermore, the highlight color is displayed on the canopy with a design made by Coletivo Muda.

“In this environment, the colors are Milk Tea, Wax Doll (with Velvet effect in the kitchen) and White Cat, in addition to multiple tones in the artistic painting”, they detail.

This allows the houses to be assembled and dismantled in up to three months.

How about ensuring an elegant and contemporary atmosphere at home? One way to add that touch of personality to the space is to combine paint and wallpaper.

Presented at CASACOR Rio de Janeiro as one of the main trends, the affordable cost of the material and flexibility make this option very affordable,

Furthermore, it is possible to combine and enhance different coverings.

In the mansion, this trend was showcased in the Recanto Home Office, designed by Adriana Esteves. This way, the size space became even more intimate and can even be used for reading or resting.

As a result, the walls have wallpaper and the ceiling was colored using Jardim Misterioso paint, by Coral.
