How about using the wine left over from dinner to make a delicious jelly. You will need wine, sugar and liquid pectin, which can be found in confectionery and bakery supply stores.
2 – Meat tenderizer
If you like making good pieces of meat, you know that wine is a great marinator for the product. So to transform the product into a true meat tenderizer, mix it with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste and various herbs, and then mix the meat and let it marinate – in the refrigerator. It will be delicious.
