  1. Wondering how unhealthy all the cream cheese, sauercream and salt is that goes in a lot of your recipes and also from other instant pot vloggers. What would be a healthier substitute? I already leave out salt in every recipe.

  2. Happy for you about the baby. I have no instant pot and no desire for one. I'm thinking these could be made in crock pots, right?

  3. I am new to the instant pot and a little intimidated by it. Would anyone know if she is using a 6qt or 8qt instant pot in these recipes? I bought an 8qt but feel most recipes I have seen are for 6qt and now wondering if I should take it back and get a 6qt one. 🤔

  4. New subscriber here. I’m new to Instant Pot cooking and your videos are so helpful! The Cheat Sheet looks like it would be helpful too, but I can’t find the link in your description. Help, please💁

  5. I know by now you are holding your new bundle of joy but I still wanted to say CONGRATS and I hope you had a smooth delivery. My baby is 31 now but I can still remember how awesome it felt to be able to feel the baby move around during pregnancy. That is the neatest feeling.. For months afterwards I would occasionally still get that feeling, probably a gas bubble but it always made me excited to be able to have that feeling again. My daughter had the hic ups every single day at 3:00 in the afternoon just like clockwork. It was so funny. Anyway, we will miss you but take all the time you want and and need.

  6. I have a quesiton and I know you have an answer 🙂 My instapot doesnt' have a manuel button but I was using the pressure cooker button and so when I was cooking smothered chicken I kept hitting the + button however when it reached 4 min it started from the beginning again. Help pleassseeeee

  7. It seems a shame to drain all the juice out of that barbacoa. I imagine it would make a tasty soup! Even though I don't have an Instant Pot yet, your recipes always make me want to go out and get one. Maybe I will splurge sometime soon. It's between that and an air fryer. Anyways, congrats on the new little one! 🙂

  8. Can you please show some cooking with the other cop on your Insta pot I’ve got one and I can’t find a boat for either I’ve been watching you learn been pretty good so far but I need to learn how to use the other top to the Insta pot thank you good luck with the baby prayers that you don’t have a lot of pain lol I’m funny right

  9. Can also use two forks to shred your chicken and meatThat’s what my mom always used before they had those things and that’s what I’ve been using works great

  10. I hope you’re enjoying your new baby girl! I’m excited to try all of these – my daughter will be having her 3rd daughter in just a few months so I’ll definitely be trying most if not all of these! For myself, I’m excited to try your IP beef barbacoa! I had bought the pre made grocery store brand (same major chain as most of your ingredients are from), but it’s way too fatty and not enough meat in the package. I had made my own in the crock pot, and am excited to try your recipe.
My favorite use of beef barbacoa is to use on top of the grocery store pre-packaged southwestern salad mix! It is SO good on there! In fact, when I make it, I freeze small portions of it – enough for 1 salad each. So yummy! The only other addition is a small cubed avocado

  11. Please tell me where I can find your recipes! I like to print out the recipe instead of trying to go thru the video when I’m ready to make a dish or prepare my grocery list…. I can’t find most of these on your 6 sisters website! I thought that these ‘10 easiest one-pot meals, dump and go’ would be on your website, but I only found one – the chicken Alfredo penne pasta. Where are all the rest? I did a search for beef barbacoa and nothing came up for it.

  12. If you just want the smokiness of the adobo but not the heat, you can always just use some of the liquid out of the can instead of the actual peppers👍🏻

  13. If I may make a suggestion, instead of saying the word "I" so many times in a video, Try saying instead, a great way to do this, or, it's delicious if you do this…, Instead of I, I, I.
