CREAMY CHICKEN AND NOODLES
1 tablespoon of dry Italian salad dressing mix (I used 2 tablespoons)
(8 ounce) package wide egg noodles
2 tablespoons butter, softened
3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup whipping cream
1⁄4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (I used 1 cup)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
DIRECTIONS
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain well, and return noodles to pan.
Stir in 2 tablespoons butter, and toss to coat.
Stir in chopped chicken, next 3 ingredients, and 1 tablespoons dressing mix.
Cook mixture over medium-high heat, tossing to coat evenly, 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Hi Andrea!! What a great week of eating, I always love the variety you have every night in your meals. I've never seen those Braum's hot dogs, next time I'm up in the area I will search for them. I've made something very similar to that creamy chicken and noodles dish before, I found the recipe in a Southern Living cook book from the 80's lol It is good and easy, we need to have that again soon. I love that you added more cheese! More cheese makes everything better!! 🧀🧀Yum, I could just eat those bacon-y potatoes all by themselves, those looked super good!! 🌻🌻👍🏻

That creamy chicken noodle looks really good. I might do that tonight. I made some homemade fried chicken tenders yesterday, but I found them really lacking in taste. Have half leftover, I'll get the crispy off them and try your recipe.

I just made the creamy chicken noodles but added onion and garlic in with the noodles while they were cooking. I can't believe how good it was! I was a bit concerned because I don't like Italian dressing on salad. But as a spice mix, I can see more possibilities. Thanks Andrea from me AND my husband!

Great meal ideas Andrea! I try to cook really easy meals the week of Thanksgiving since I’ll be cooking a lot for our Thanksgiving meal and I try to keep the fridge from having too much food from the week in it and hot dogs are on the menu for Monday.
