Even though the dirty rice didn't live up to your expectations, I wouldn't be too disappointed: like you said, you needed to use it up, and sometimes you just have to give it a try if you want to know if you like it or not.
That avocado on Howard's plate looks perfectly ripe. I am sure it was amazing!

I bought those chicken bites from Sam’s too. I was not a fan. The Caesar salad looks good! I’ve never seen the freeze dried red onions. I love chunky spaghetti sauce too! I just made dirty rice a couple of days ago. The Zatarain’s is definitely he best.
