Lasagna Recipe:
(I cut this in half to make lasagna for 2!)

Shrimp Stir Fry Recipe: I didn’t use a specific recipe for this but here is what I did
Ingredients:
– Green Bell Pepper
– Broccoli
– Carrots
– Onion
– Jumbo Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
– Cornstarch
– Soy Sauce
– Honey
– Sesame Oil
– Minced Garlic
– Minced Ginger
– Ketchup
– White or brown rice

Directions:
– Thaw shrimp in a colander, cut up veggies to your liking and toss them into a heated skillet. Let veggies cook for 3-4 minutes.
– In a bowl mix together 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of honey. 1 Tbsp sesame oil, 1 Tbsp minced garlic, 1 Tbsp minced ginger, 1/4 cup of ketchup and 2 Tbsp of cornstarch. If this mixture is too thick you can add a splash of water to thin it out. Whisk together well! You can always adjust these ratios to your taste.
– Add shrimp and sauce to the veggies in the skillet and let the sauce thicken and the shrimp cook for 3-4 minutes occasionally stirring.
– Serve over white or brown rice, I prefer boil-in-a-bag rice but you could use regular rice as well!
