I love orange chicken,super hot here to in may Texas , ugh 🥵 forecast is all over a hundred degree days, orange chicken rice and green beans yummy,yum short ribs,nice slow cooker chicken,I prefer thighs to,I love won ton soup,
I love Popeyes but we don't have but one almost hour away and they always leave something out if order, and I'm not driving that far for it lol but I worked at one when in high school ,have a great day
Hi Andrea! Last wk it was 110. Yesterday it was 74! It was so nice & comfortable yesterday. I loved it! I don’t blame you for not wanting to use your stove or oven. The grill, Crockpot or Instant pot is the way to go when it’s so hot. Your meals looked good! I planned meals this wk in the crockpot or instant pot & it’s pretty mild this wk, only in the 80’s & low 90’s. So I might be doing some switching of meals. Have a great wk.❤️😁
I agree. It was entirely too hot to turn the oven on. I told my mom the same thing and she said, but you have air lol. I’ve had pizza takeout and a lot of salads. You had some great recipes to beat the heat!

Wowww, that is hot! We wouldn't even go outside. We were complaining about the 90 degree weather here. Those marinated short-ribs look particularly good. They remind us of the Korean Kalbi ribs. We also use less pasta on pasta dishes and just add more meat or veggies. 🙂 Yay Popeyes! Need to try their Mac and Cheese.
Excellent meals Andrea! It's been crazy here as well… we only really want to grill, because there's no AC in the kitchen and it gets boiling! This was fantastic to see… that chicken pasta was amazing!
